Student Enrollment

 
Parents must present the following documents when registering a student:
  • Original birth certificate. (Children must be five years old before January 1st to enter Kindergarten.)
  • The child’s immunization records.
  • Proof of residency:  Utility bills (electric or water) for the month prior to enrollment.
  • Last report card (if applicable).
 
Legal guardians must present the following documents when registering students:
  • Original Birth Certificate. (Children must be five years old before January 1st to enter Kindergarten.)
  • The child’s immunization records.
  • A legal document from the court indicating that the guardian has legal custody (from a US court) of the child.  Notarized letters or other non-court ordered documents ARE NOT acceptable.
  • Proof of residency:  Utility bills (electric or water) for the month prior to enrollment.
  • Last report card (if applicable).
 
If the parent is living with another person or family:
  • The person with whom the registering family resides must fill out and notarize an Affidavit of Shared residence (you may find this document attached at the bottom of this note).
  • The person with whom the registering family resides must:
    1. Furnish utility bills (electric/water) for the prior month with their name and correct address on it.
    2. Rent receipt for the prior month with the landlord’s signature clearly legible.
