Principal's Message

It is with great pleasure that I introduce myself as the new interim principal of Cesar Chavez Elementary School. I am honored to join a school with such a rich tradition of excellence.  Student safety, student success, and creating life-long learners among all students and school staff is our focus. With a safe and productive learning environment, students and teachers will optimize their time at school, and parents and community members will feel comfortable communicating and building relationships at Cesar Chavez. This will lead students, teachers, and staff members to continue their focus on student growth and achievement. Student success is rooted in creating life-long learners who develop the ability to self-reflect on their own progress, allowing them to adapt and communicate with teachers, staff members, and parents to make gains in their learning. In the same manner, teachers will continue to self-reflect, communicate, and collaborate with students, parents, and other teachers to help students achieve their highest level of success.

I look forward to an amazing school year and to be part of the future success at Cesar Chavez!
