Parent- Teacher Conferences

Due to Parent– Teacher conferences, all students will be released early (1:20 pm) on Wednesday October 16, Thursday October 17 and Friday October 18, 2019.

Uniforms

All Students:
Navy Blue Pants, shorts, skirts or dresses. Bottoms should not be shorter than 3 inches above the knee.

Kindergarten:
Baby blue polo shirts. Must be tucked in at all times.

1st- 6th Grade:
White or Gray Polo shirts. Must be tucked in at all times.

Kinder- 6th grade Cold Weather Attire:
Plain navy blue, white or gray sweaters may be worn inside the building. Sweaters in different colors may only be worn outside the building and need to be removed inside the building.

Fall Break

We will be having a Fall Break from Friday, October 11 to Monday, October 14, 2019; therefore, there will be no classes. Classes will resume on Tuesday, October 15, 2019.

AzMerit testing

Our students will be taking our state’s standardized test soon.
By working together, we can make your child’s test experience positive and successful. Here are some suggestions that you can do to help your child succeed:
• Make sure your child gets a good night’s rest
• Have your child eat a healthy breakfast at home or in the cafeteria at school.
• Make sure your child arrives at school on time on or by 8:20 a.m.
• Gently encourage your child to do their best on the test.

Nuestros estudiantes estarán tomando los exámenes estandarizados del estado próximamente.
Trabajaremos juntos para que tenga una experiencia positiva y exitosa. Aqui le damos algunas sugerencias que pueden ayudar a su hijo/a a tener éxito en éstos exámenes:
• Asegurarse que su hijo/a descanse la noche antes del exámen.
• Proporcionar a su hijo un desayuno saludable en casa o traerlo a tiempo para que desayune en la escuela.
• Asegurarse que su hijo/a llegue temprano a la escuela antes o para las 8:20 a.m.
• Recordarle a su hijo/a positivamente que haga lo major que pueda en el exámen.
